They always put you on hold and then hang up on you after rhey forget they put you on hold. My daughter just turned one I called yesterday and ask when do she come in they replied whenever. So I called today to see if they could call a prescription in because I hate spending all day in a box she tells me (nurse) I need to bring him in first off she is not a he. We havent seen him since march I knw tht you never gave me a appointment for HER SHOTS. The staff use to be good I rather go on the well side bc they seem to knw how to do their job sincerely ine pissed off parent
HORRIBLE! My children go to a different Dr. This was the on call Dr for emergencys. She couldn't be bothered on a Saturday afternoon to help us. I told the call center that my child had been to a Dr and an ER within 24 hours, I needed to talk to a pediatric Dr and was told "she's busy and can't be interrupted" all the while my 2yo is screaming in the background. What Dr or answering service can't be bothered while a child is screaming in pain? We live 30 minutes from an ER and needed advice. Disgraceful.
