I stayed here 6-29-17--7-1-17 and was very pleased. The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything was very clean. Stayed in a non smoking. Staff was very friendly and allowed a late checkout due to work. Would recommend.
I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn located on Hwy 280 in Sylacauga, AL, while having home renovations. I enjoyed my stay. Under new management, the newly renovated very clean, affordable rooms are very nice and quite comfy. It was nice to learn that all of the beds have recently been replaced. My experience was pleasant, and the customer service check-in clerk, Amanda, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; with extremely stellar work ethic. She takes her job seriously, and clearly enjoys her line of work. The other staff members I came into contact with, during my 5 day stay were very helpful and pleasant, as well. The rooms are furnished with Wi-Fi, a room phone, an alarm clock, a nice size flat screen TV, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. I especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful pet friendly atmosphere; as it is also accommodating to four-legged family members, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this motel to others.
The most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel. I was able to sleep completely through the night without waking up once. Thank you to the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work Red Roof Inn Sylacauga! Awesome job!!
