Absolutely RIDICULOUS. This pharmacy is a running joke. I had my bc transferred for financial reasons, I called later to see if my meds were ready... Was told yes then out of the blue today I check the site for the price & guess what? It was never filled to begin with! Fcuk this place, going back with my mom n pop pharmacy in Talladega where,I'm actually treated with respect.
The last two months have been nothing but a hassel trying to get my medication refilled. First they tell me it will be 3 days before i can pick my refills up because they are backed up, then this month they had to oder my medicine, told me it would be ready the dollowing morning. Okay no problem....i can the next morning to see if the prescription was filled....nope. Medicine hadnt came in. They told me to call at lunch to see if they had arrived. I call at lunch, and a different lady tells me the medicine wont even be in till friday morning. 4 days later.
